Megan attended North Valley High School in Merlin, Or and graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Management. Terry Procknow first arrived in the Rogue Valley in 1990 after living in many different places, and immediately knew she was home. Driving north on I-5, right around Rogue River, she saw the river to her left and the beautiful mountains all around, and it took her breath away and she still marvels at the landscape today!

Terry is returning to Real Estate after first becoming licensed in 2003. She loves meeting new people and helping people to see their dreams realized. She graduated with a BA in Hospital Administration but prefers the business of Real Estate and building relationships that last. As a Grants Pass native with deep roots in this community Tiffany is eager to connect others with their ideal property in this gorgeous valley she calls home. With a Master of Arts in Teaching she taught in both the Three Rivers & Grants Pass School Districts. Tiffany also worked in the Applegate Valley wine industry in hospitality and sales for a number of years. Outside of real estate she stays active with her two young boys and a zoo of animals.
